Henry H. Flynn (President)

Henry Flynn, with over 28 years in the hospitality sector, has a vast background spanning both coasts of the United States, offering management services and handling a variety of hotel sizes on both the East and West coasts. His proficiency encompasses areas like acquisitions, business development, asset management, financial analysis, sales and marketing, product repositioning of distressed properties, and financial forecasting and planning.

Previously, he significantly contributed to a boutique hotel group in Northern California as Vice President, enhancing financial outcomes and creating cost-effective programs. His career commenced in property management in Boston, consistently boosting revenue and asset value. Henry's education includes studies in Finance and Marketing at Clark University and the Institute of Real Estate Management, augmented by active membership with AAHOA, CHLA, IHOA, CLIA, and HSMAI.

Alvin Cachaper (Development/Operations Consultant)

Alvin Cachaper, Development/Operations Consultant at Miramar Hospitality, brings 25 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotel operations, sales and marketing, hotel systems administration, staff service training, revenue management, transitions, and openings.

His extensive background includes 15 years of experience with the Intercontinental Hotel Group. Prior to that, he worked as a General Manager at Radisson and Director of Operations for Sheraton and Westin Hotels. A graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, Alvin started his career in 1987 at Residence Inn, advancing through various management positions across notable hotel brands. His rich experience ensures operational excellence and innovative leadership within Miramar Hospitality.

Wanda Berrig (Director of Sales and Marketing)

Wanda brings 27 years of Sales & Marketing experience in hospitality to Miramar Hospitality, showcasing leadership and revenue growth in various markets. She's proficient in leading sales teams, maximizing revenue, establishing corporate accounts, strategizing and implementing correct marketing tactics, putting steps in place for maximum optimization of all websites, and leads the team in revenue management.

Her vast experience covers a range of brands, including Best Western, Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson, Accor, Starwood, Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Rosewood, and 4-star independent boutique hotels. Also, she has played key roles in new Westin Palo Alto hotel openings, Rosewood Sand Hill, and rebranded the existing Maxims-de-Paris Hotel in Palm Springs, CA, to the new Hyatt Suites. Wanda's education background is from Kent State University and Akron Community College. She is also a member of the Menlo Park and Palo Alto Chambers of Commerce, HSMAI and PCMA, MPI, and CalSAE.

Rachel Chavez (Director of Human Resources)

Rachel Chavez has been a valuable member of Miramar Hospitality for fifteen years, transitioning from a background in education to various roles within the company. Starting as an Administrative Assistant in 2002, she excelled in bookkeeping and vendor management, later advancing to Executive Assistant due to her excellent organizational skills.

In 2014, Rachel's dedication and skillset earned her the promotion to Director of Human Resources, reflecting her significant contributions to employee relations and payroll management.
