Miramar Hospitality starts each project by executing an extensive takeover checklist. This checklist ensures all critical ownership issues are properly addressed from day one.

Within the first sixty days, a comprehensive strategic plan is drafted to meet the needs of that particular property and client's goals. The best possible management team for the property is then selected.

All properties are continually monitored, with regular onsite visits by the Director of Operations. These visits include extensive review of all operations, as well as financial performance.

A detailed operating plan is developed annually for every property. All major aspects of the plan are reviewed with ownership prior to implementation. Each plan is property specific, but all include a comprehensive marketing plan, operating budget, capital improvement recommendations, and cash flow forecast.
